How can i explain this in only 1500 characters. The retreat changed my life. Ananda is an someone special. She brings light, happiness and Power in your Life. Everything was organized in an extraordinary, luxury way. With this 1:1 retreat she offers one of the best health programs in the world i would guess. The detox was professionell mantained, the yoga sessions so powerful and energetic and on the most stunning places of the Island. Followed by the japanese massage, which was Very individually tailored to oneself. The accomondation for me is the Most Beautiful welness Place i have seen so far. And Then the pur breathtaking nature. Ananda showed me Everythink of „her island“. It is an paradies! The Food of the First and the last day was so delicious. So all in all i duly recommend this retreat to everyone out there. I Cant imagine to find something More Special then that. The all inclusive Package helped me to find inner peace, calm and serenity. My body and soul changed a lot. Such as my skin became soft and supple (like a baby 👶), my (Bad) thoughts are gone, i lost some weight, i am much More energetic and creative. Pros Very authentic 1:1 coaching in Detox, Yoga (Kundalini and Yin Yoga) and Meditation. I am writing to thank you for sharing your practice and time with me on the beautiful island of La Gomera.  

I wasn't sure what to expect with juice fasting, as although I had participated in several juice retreats (with freshly extracted vegetable juices), I had never participated in a juice detox.  It was extremely effective and also a surprisingly pleasant experience.  

The lemon tea, yoga and walks kept me going all day and I felt happy and full of vitality.  

I have never participated in such a personalized program.  Thank you so much for introducing me to Kundalini Yoga, which is very different from the yoga I have known before. The combination of this class with Ying Yoga was fantastic and I will definitely incorporate it into my daily routine.
Amma's Japanese massage was the icing on the cake and left me feeling relaxed and energised.

You are a fountain of knowledge, Ananda.  You have given me a lot to think about.

Your constant smile and zest for life was addictive and your love for La Gomera shone through.   Thank you for showing me the island, the fabulous laurel forests and the spectacular views of Tenerife and Mount Teide.

I booked a yoga detox retreat with Ananda, because I wanted to relax and enjoy the sunshine. As I had never done a detox before, I was quite anxious as I had read a lot about the possible side effects, like headaches etc. I had prepared myself for the worst, but I must say that it was actually very easy to do it in this perfect place. Ananda gave me clear instructions on what to do/drink when and what can/will happen. Surprisingly, I didn't feel hungry during the day (when I normally snack a lot), but I think that's because the weather is fantastic in La Gomera, so it was always very hot and I just drank a lot. In the evening I was a bit hungry for the first two days, but I always drank a lot of hot tea and went to sleep very early. It wasn't until the third morning that I felt a bit dizzy for a few hours, so we took it very slowly and it worked. I can't believe I got through the detox so well, as I really love the food. This warm, sunny place is the perfect place to do a detox, I can't imagine doing it in a cold place.

Ananda took me every morning and afternoon to the most spectacular places, which are relaxing and powerful in themselves, for meditation and yoga. He completed the programme with a daily full body massage.
This personalised treatment for body and mind is the greatest luxury of all. After this week, I am happy to say that my posture has improved, I am more relaxed than ever and at the same time I feel very energetic.

I stayed in a very nice hotel with the best view of the sea. During the day I chose to relax, enjoy the fantastic pool and read a lot. But there are many options to explore this amazing island (car, bike, hiking, etc.).

Ananda is an incredibly warm and open person, who supported and guided me, while giving me the time I needed to relax. She is always there to help and was wonderfully organised.
I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone, it's a real treat for yourself! The combination of Ananda's magic, fantastic water, detox and yoga in the most beautiful of settings is the best gift you can give yourself. I am so glad I came here and I leave feeling relaxed, with a great knowledge of my body and mind.

The Healthy Life Holidays Retreat with Ananda was the best experience and holiday in a long time!
I loved everything: the detox, the yoga and meditation combined, and the fantastic massages.
The Master Cleanse is much easier than I thought. Especially when I did the retreat for the third time, I was not hungry at all.

With the daily yoga and meditation, as well as the massages, I felt absolutely energised and fantastic after only a week. The yoga and meditation took place in the most beautiful landscape I have ever seen: on a rock in the morning during sunrise and over the water on the cliffs during sunset. I felt like I was in heaven. Doing yoga and meditation every day made me feel very, very strong.

I also liked the work with Ananda. It is different from other retreats because it is not only very spiritual, but also very personal and authentic. You feel like you are participating in her life, not a client of a company. Being alone with her gave me a lot of time to process and integrate new things in my life. Especially in combination with mediation, I learned a lot about myself in many aspects.
In short: simply great. A very profound and important change in my life. I came back twice this year.

I have just spent the most amazing week practicing yoga with Ananda in La Gomera. I knew nothing about La Gomera before and booked the trip through yoga retreats as I needed a good week of rest and exercise. I had no expectations as I booked at the last minute due to my busy schedule and was positively surprised. First of all, the scenery of La Gomera and the beautiful sites and gardens of the Jardin Tecina hotel are absolutely incredible - Pinterest perfect. That said, the trip would not have had the same positive effect if it wasn't for Ananda - my yoga teacher. She is one of the most personalised retreats and treatments I have ever had. Although the week was intense, I came out relaxed and with a different perspective. We practiced Kundalini Yoga at sunrise at 7:30am in the most picturesque location by the sea breathing in the purest prana and Yin Yoga at sunset around 5:30am in the most beautiful surroundings. Not to mention the daily Japanese massage to complement the detox and yoga sessions.

Ananda was always great. She tailored the programme to my needs and health. It was one of the most personalised experiences that Ananda spent a lot of time on. Her energy massage also worked wonders.

After a week, I can say that I feel more energized, inspired and in a positive frame of mind. This is invaluable.

I would highly recommend this yoga retreat to anyone looking for a complete treatment and relaxation.

La Gomera is a beautiful and unique island - there is a lot of nature with beautiful mountains and beaches and idyllic places in the sea, and many of the people you meet have a warm and inspiring heart. I loved this place: very authentic and peaceful, with a wonderful energy.

The retreat with Ananda and Volker is like a little oasis of peace and quiet. I enjoyed spending time with them, talking and laughing with them. I am grateful for their good energy and the experiences they shared with me.

Ananda's food is delicious - very authentic Indian, Thai or Pomeranian food, prepared with love and care.

The yoga classes and meditation sessions with Volker are very peaceful and helpful. A good mix of challenge and relaxation, but always with calm and a charming sense of humour.

  "Thank you once again for the lovely time we had together on this wonderful island of La Gomera. My experience was totally different from what I expected, it was much better. As I was the only person on the programme for this particular week, I was given special treatment. The flat I stayed in was nice and clean, and close to Ananda's house where the yoga sessions were held. We were a small group so the classes were very individual and tailored to our needs and abilities. The food was very fresh, healthy and tasty, vegetarian, home cooked by Ananda and served with a lot of explanation and love. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Ananda's individual treatment. I plan to return to La Gomera, as I was amazed by the beauty of this island."

  "As an experienced practitioner of yoga, but new to fasting, I wasn't sure what to expect from this retreat. All I can say is that I would do it again without hesitation, no questions asked! Ananda is a very calming presence. He takes his time, explains things carefully and then sends you PDF files to read and keep. The yoga classes were constantly adapted to my needs and energy level, which was a blessing. As for the massages, I haven't felt this good in a long time :), the setting, La Gomera is a delight and I will return.

"It was really a pleasure to be with you too, and I bring back your pleasant welcome, felt by the people along with the sun of La Gomera. La Gomera, which is a real treasure of its kind.

Coming to a detox retreat in La Gomera leaves you energised. Stresses built up in the body are eliminated, and the combination of fasting, massages, sunrise and sunset exercises and yoga leave you feeling rejuvenated. The effects of age are erased and overall you begin to feel the sensations of your youth again. As far as the fasting is concerned, I would say it was very well managed and balanced. The combination of massage and sunshine facilitates the process. Of course, the salt intake was not a very pleasant moment, but the cleansing went well, in 2 hours. Fasting was sometimes a pleasant feeling, especially in the morning and during the day. The evenings were generally more difficult. I found the juicing process very pleasant and balanced. In addition, the taste is really pleasant. At the end you feel very positive and you want to make positive projections.

I enjoyed the exercise of watching the sunset and sunrise in such inspiring places. I recommend you continue to do this. Together with walking it is a very good combination. Thank you very much for your warm welcome, your human spirit and your positive philosophy. This is as important as the course itself. A big hug.

Je vous écris pour vous remercier d'avoir partagé votre pratique et votre temps avec moi sur la magnifique île de La Gomera.  

Je ne savais pas trop à quoi m'attendre avec le jeûne aux jus, car bien que j'aie participé à plusieurs retraites aux jus (avec des jus de légumes fraîchement extraits), je n'avais jamais participé à une détoxification aux jus.  C'était extrêmement efficace et aussi une expérience étonnamment agréable.  

Le thé au citron, le yoga et les promenades m'ont permis de tenir toute la journée et de me sentir heureuse et pleine de vitalité.  

Je n'ai jamais participé à un programme aussi personnalisé.  Merci beaucoup de m'avoir fait découvrir le yoga Kundalini, qui est très différent du yoga que j'ai connu auparavant. La combinaison de ce cours avec le Ying Yoga était fantastique et je vais certainement l'intégrer dans ma routine quotidienne.
Le massage japonais d'Amma était la cerise sur le gâteau et m'a laissé détendu et plein d'énergie.

Tu es une fontaine de connaissances, Ananda.  Vous m'avez donné beaucoup de choses à penser.

Votre sourire constant et votre joie de vivre étaient addictifs et votre amour pour La Gomera transparaissait.   Merci de m'avoir fait découvrir l'île, les fabuleuses forêts de lauriers et les vues spectaculaires de Ténériffe et du mont Teide.

J'ai réservé une retraite de yoga-détox avec Ananda, parce que je voulais me détendre et profiter du soleil. Comme je n'avais jamais fait de cure de désintoxication, j'étais assez anxieuse car j'avais lu beaucoup de choses sur les effets secondaires possibles, comme les maux de tête, etc. Je m'étais préparé au pire, mais je dois dire que c'était en fait très facile de le faire dans cet endroit parfait. Ananda m'a donné des instructions claires sur ce qu'il faut faire/boire quand et ce qui peut/va se passer. Étonnamment, je n'ai pas eu faim pendant la journée (alors que normalement je grignote beaucoup), mais je pense que c'est parce que le temps est fantastique à La Gomera, donc il faisait toujours très chaud et j'ai juste beaucoup bu. Le soir, j'avais un peu faim les deux premiers jours, mais je buvais toujours beaucoup de thé chaud et je m'endormais très tôt. Ce n'est que le troisième matin que je me suis sentie un peu étourdie pendant quelques heures, alors nous y sommes allés très doucement et ça a marché. Je n'arrive pas à croire que j'ai réussi à passer cette désintoxication aussi bien, car j'aime vraiment la nourriture. Cet endroit chaud et ensoleillé est l'endroit parfait pour faire une cure de désintoxication, je ne peux pas m'imaginer faire cela dans un endroit froid.

Ananda m'a emmené chaque matin et chaque après-midi dans les endroits les plus spectaculaires, qui sont relaxants et puissants en eux-mêmes, pour la méditation et le yoga. Il a complété le programme par un massage quotidien du corps entier.
Ce traitement personnalisé pour le corps et l'esprit est le plus grand luxe qui soit. Après cette semaine, je suis heureux de dire que ma posture s'est améliorée, que je suis plus détendu que jamais et qu'en même temps, je me sens très énergique.

J'ai séjourné dans un très bel hôtel avec la meilleure vue sur la mer. Pendant la journée, j'ai choisi de me détendre, de profiter de la fantastique piscine et de lire beaucoup. Mais il existe de nombreuses options pour explorer cette île étonnante (voiture, vélo, randonnée, etc.).

Ananda est une personne incroyablement chaleureuse et ouverte, qui m'a soutenu et guidé, tout en me laissant le temps dont j'avais besoin pour me détendre. Elle est toujours là pour aider et a été formidablement organisée.
Je recommande vivement cette retraite à tout le monde, c'est un vrai plaisir pour soi ! La combinaison de la magie d'Ananda, de l'eau fantastique, de la désintoxication et du yoga dans le plus beau des cadres est le meilleur cadeau que l'on puisse se faire. Je suis si heureuse d'être venue ici et je repars détendue, avec une grande connaissance de mon corps et de mon esprit.

En tant que fumeur, je me suis débarrassé de ma mauvaise habitude car la désintoxication est très efficace. La retraite de vacances Healthy Life avec Ananda a été la meilleure expérience et les meilleures vacances depuis longtemps !
J'ai tout aimé : la désintoxication, le yoga et la méditation combinés, et les massages fantastiques.
La désintoxication Master Cleanse est beaucoup plus facile que je ne le pensais. Surtout quand j'ai fait la retraite pour la troisième fois, je n'ai pas eu faim du tout.

Avec le yoga et la méditation quotidiens, ainsi que les massages, je me suis sentie absolument énergique et fantastique après seulement une semaine. Le yoga et la méditation se sont déroulés dans le plus beau paysage que j'ai jamais vu : sur un rocher le matin, pendant le lever du soleil, et au-dessus de l'eau sur les falaises pendant le coucher du soleil. J'avais l'impression d'être au paradis. En faisant du yoga et de la méditation tous les jours, je me suis sentie très, très forte.

J'ai aussi aimé le travail avec Ananda. Elle est différente des autres retraites car elle est non seulement très spirituelle, mais aussi très personnelle et très authentique. Vous avez l'impression de participer à sa vie, et non d'être le client d'une entreprise. Être seul avec elle m'a donné beaucoup de temps pour traiter et intégrer de nouvelles choses dans ma vie. Surtout en combinaison avec la médiation, j'ai beaucoup appris sur moi-même sous de multiples aspects.
En bref : tout simplement génial. Un changement très profond et important dans ma vie. Je suis revenu deux fois cette année.

Je ne savais rien de La Gomera auparavant et j'ai réservé le voyage par le biais de retraites de yoga, car j'avais besoin d'une bonne semaine de repos et d'exercice. Je n'avais aucune attente car j'ai réservé à la dernière minute en raison de mon emploi du temps chargé et j'ai été positivement surprise. Tout d'abord, le paysage de La Gomera et les magnifiques sites et jardins de l'hôtel Jardin Tecina sont absolument incroyables - Pinterest parfait. Cela dit, le voyage n'aurait pas eu le même effet positif s'il n'y avait pas eu Ananda - mon professeur de yoga. C'est l'une des retraites et l'un des traitements les plus personnalisés que j'aie jamais eus. Bien que la semaine ait été intense, j'en suis sortie détendue et avec une perspective différente. Nous avons pratiqué le Kundalini Yoga au lever du soleil à 7h30 du matin dans l'endroit le plus pittoresque près de la mer en respirant le prana le plus pur et le Yin Yoga au coucher du soleil vers 5h30 dans le plus bel environnement. Sans oublier le massage japonais quotidien pour compléter les séances de détox et de yoga.

Ananda a toujours été formidable. Elle a adapté le programme à mes besoins et à mon état de santé. C'est l'une des expériences les plus personnalisées à laquelle Ananda a consacré beaucoup de temps. Son massage énergétique a également fait des miracles.

Après une semaine, je peux dire que je me sens plus énergique, inspiré et dans un état d'esprit positif. C'est inestimable.

Je recommande vivement cette retraite de yoga à tous ceux qui recherchent un traitement complet et une relaxation.

Cher Ananda,

La Gomera est une île magnifique et unique - on y trouve beaucoup de nature avec de belles montagnes et des plages et des endroits idylliques dans la mer, et beaucoup de gens que vous rencontrez ont un cœur chaleureux et inspirant. J'ai adoré cet endroit : très authentique et paisible, avec une énergie merveilleuse.

La retraite avec Ananda et Volker est comme une petite oasis de paix et de calme. J'ai aimé passer du temps avec eux, parler et rire avec eux. Je leur suis reconnaissant pour leur bonne énergie et les expériences qu'ils ont partagées avec moi.

La cuisine d'Ananda est délicieuse - de la nourriture indienne, thaïlandaise ou poméranienne très authentique, préparée avec amour et soin.

Les cours de yoga et les séances de méditation avec Volker sont très paisibles et utiles. Un bon mélange de défis et de détente, mais toujours avec calme et un charmant sens de l'humour.

  "Merci encore une fois pour l'agréable moment que nous avons passé ensemble sur cette merveilleuse île de La Gomera. Mon expérience a été totalement différente de ce à quoi je m'attendais, elle a été bien meilleure. Comme j'étais la seule personne inscrite au programme pour cette semaine particulière, j'ai bénéficié d'un traitement spécial. L'appartement dans lequel j'ai séjourné était agréable et propre, et proche de la maison d'Ananda où se déroulaient les séances de yoga. Nous étions un petit groupe et les cours étaient donc très individuels et adaptés à nos besoins et à nos capacités. La nourriture était très fraîche, saine et savoureuse, végétarienne, cuisinée à la maison par Ananda et servie avec beaucoup d'explications et d'amour. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu une excellente expérience et je recommande vivement le traitement individuel d'Ananda. Je prévois de retourner à La Gomera, car j'ai été émerveillé par la beauté de cette île."

  "En tant que pratiquante expérimentée du yoga, mais novice en matière de jeûne, je ne savais pas trop à quoi m'attendre de cette retraite. Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que je le referais sans hésiter, sans poser de questions ! Ananda est une présence très apaisante. Il prend son temps, explique les choses avec soin et vous envoie ensuite des fichiers PDF que vous pouvez lire et conserver. Les cours de yoga étaient constamment adaptés à mes besoins et à mon niveau d'énergie, ce qui était une bénédiction. Quant aux massages, je ne me suis pas sentie aussi bien depuis longtemps :), le cadre, La Gomera est un délice et j'y retournerai.

"C'était vraiment un plaisir d'être avec vous aussi, et je ramène votre agréable accueil, ressenti par les gens en même temps que le soleil de La Gomera. La Gomera, qui est un véritable trésor en son genre.

Venir à une retraite de désintoxication à La Gomera vous laisse plein d'énergie. Les tensions accumulées dans le corps sont éliminées, et la combinaison du jeûne, des massages, des exercices au lever et au coucher du soleil et du yoga vous laisse régénéré. Les effets de l'âge sont effacés et globalement vous recommencez à ressentir les sensations de votre jeunesse. En ce qui concerne le jeûne, je dirais qu'il a été très bien géré et équilibré. La combinaison du massage et du soleil facilite le processus. Bien sûr, la prise de sel n'a pas été un moment très agréable, mais le nettoyage s'est bien passé, en 2 heures. Le jeûne était parfois une sensation agréable, surtout le matin et pendant la journée. Les soirées étaient généralement plus difficiles. J'ai trouvé le processus de consommation de jus de fruits très agréable et équilibré. En outre, le goût est vraiment agréable. À la fin, on se sent très positif et on a envie de faire des projections positives.

J'ai apprécié l'exercice consistant à admirer le coucher et le lever du soleil dans des lieux aussi inspirants. Je vous recommande de continuer à le faire. Avec la marche, c'est une très bonne combinaison. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil chaleureux, votre esprit humain et votre philosophie positive. Cet aspect est aussi important que le cours lui-même. Un gros câlin.

Muchas gracias por esta maravillosa estancia en la preciosa La Gomera, he pasado unas vacaciones realmente increíbles. La combinación de Kundalini & Ying Yoga, los masajes relajantes, el hermoso entorno de la isla así como la desintoxicación tuvieron un efecto increíble en mi proceso de transformación interior. Me ayudó a centrarme, a encontrar la energía, el amor y el silencio que buscaba desde hace tiempo. Gracias por vuestro apoyo y orientación durante esta semana. También perdí 4 kgs. ya que tenía un poco de sobrepeso y me siento más maravillosa que nunca.
Muchas gracias por mostrarme tu isla - entiendo totalmente que no quieras irte más. Espero volver pronto - creo que es importante dejar de lado la vida cotidiana y tomarse un descanso de vez en cuando para encontrar tu yo interior.

Querida Ananda

Te escribo para agradecerte enormemente que hayas compartido tu práctica y tu tiempo conmigo en la hermosa isla de La Gomera.  

No estaba segura de qué esperar del ayuno de zumos, ya que aunque he estado en varios retiros de zumos (con zumos vegetales recién extraídos) nunca había participado en una desintoxicación maestra de zumos.  Fue extremadamente efectivo y también una experiencia sorprendentemente placentera.  

El té de limón, el yoga y las caminatas me mantuvieron durante todo el día y me hicieron sentir feliz y vitalizada.  

Nunca había participado en un programa tan personalizado.  Muchas gracias por introducirme en el Kundalini Yoga, que es muy diferente al yoga que he experimentado antes. La combinación de esto con el Ying Yoga fue fantástica y definitivamente lo incorporaré a mi rutina diaria.
El masaje japonés de Amma fue la guinda del pastel y me dejó relajada y llena de energía.

Eres una fuente de conocimiento, Ananda.  Me has dado mucho que pensar.

Tu sonrisa constante y tu carácter alegre fueron adictivos y tu amor por La Gomera brilló.   Gracias por llevarme por la isla, a los fabulosos bosques de laurisilva y a ver las espectaculares vistas de Tenerife y el Teide.

En definitiva, una experiencia única y valiosa.  Tienes una energía muy especial y eres una mujer encantadora.

Reservé un retiro de yoga-detox con Ananda, porque quería relajarme y tomar el sol. Como nunca he hecho una desintoxicación, estaba bastante ansiosa porque leí mucho sobre los posibles efectos secundarios como el dolor de cabeza, etc. Estaba preparada para lo peor, pero tengo que decir que en realidad fue muy fácil hacerlo en este lugar perfecto. Ananda me dio instrucciones claras sobre qué hacer/beber cuando y qué puede/va a pasar. Sorprendentemente no tuve hambre durante el día (aunque normalmente picoteo mucho), pero creo que esto se debió a que el clima es fantástico en La Gomera, así que siempre hacía mucho calor y simplemente bebí mucho. Por la noche tuve un poco de hambre los dos primeros días, pero siempre tomé mucho té caliente y me dormí muy pronto. Sólo la tercera mañana me sentí un poco mareada durante un par de horas, así que nos lo tomamos con mucha calma y se resolvió. No puedo creer que haya conseguido llevar tan bien esta desintoxicación, ya que me gusta mucho la comida. Este lugar cálido y soleado es el sitio perfecto para hacer una desintoxicación, no me imagino haciendo esto en un lugar frío.

Ananda me llevaba todas las mañanas y tardes a los lugares más espectaculares, que son relajantes y poderosos en sí mismos, para realizar meditación y yoga. Completaba el programa con un masaje diario de cuerpo entero.
Este tratamiento personalizado para el cuerpo y la mente es el mayor lujo que existe. Después de esta semana estoy feliz de decir que mi postura mejoró, estoy tan relajada como nunca antes y al mismo tiempo, me siento con mucha energía también.

Me alojé en un hotel muy bonito con las mejores vistas al mar. Durante el día, opté por relajarme, disfrutar de la fantástica piscina y leer mucho. Pero hay muchas opciones para explorar esta increíble isla (coche, bicicleta, senderismo, etc.).

Ananda es una persona increíblemente cálida y abierta, que me guió y apoyó increíblemente, pero me dejó el tiempo que necesitaba para relajarme. Siempre está ahí para ayudar y estaba fantásticamente organizada.
Recomiendo este retiro a todo el mundo, ¡es un verdadero placer para uno mismo! La combinación de la magia de Ananda, el fantástico agua, la desintoxicación y el yoga en el entorno más hermoso es el mejor regalo para uno mismo. Estoy muy contenta de haber venido aquí y vuelvo relajada, con un gran conocimiento sobre mi cuerpo y mi mente.

¡El retiro de Healthy Life Holiday con Ananda fue la mejor experiencia y vacaciones desde hace mucho tiempo!
Me encantó todo: La desintoxicación, el yoga y la meditación combinada, y los fantásticos masajes.
El Master Cleanse de desintoxicación es mucho más fácil de lo que pensaba. Especialmente cuando hice el retiro por tercera vez, no tuve ninguna sensación de hambre.

Junto con el yoga y la meditación diarios, y los masajes, me hizo sentir absolutamente enérgica y fantástica después de sólo una semana. El yoga y la meditación se llevaron a cabo en los paisajes más hermosos que he visto: en una roca por la mañana, durante el amanecer, y por encima del agua en los acantilados durante la puesta de sol. Me sentí como en el cielo. Hacer yoga y meditación todos los días me hizo sentir muy, muy fuerte.

También me encantó el trabajo con Ananda. Es diferente a otros retiros, ya que no sólo es muy espiritual, sino también muy personal y muy auténtico. Te sientes como si participaras en su vida, y no como si fueras un cliente en un negocio. Estar a solas con ella me dio mucho tiempo para procesar e integrar cosas nuevas en mi vida. Especialmente en combinación con la mediación, aprendí muchísimo sobre mí misma en múltiples aspectos.
En pocas palabras: Simplemente genial. Un cambio muy profundo e importante en mi vida. He vuelto dos veces este año.

Acabo de pasar la semana más increíble practicando yoga con Ananda en La Gomera. No sabía nada de La Gomera antes y reservé el viaje a través de retiros de yoga ya que necesitaba una buena semana de descanso y ejercicio. No tenía ninguna expectativa ya que lo reservé en el último minuto debido a mi loca agenda y me sorprendió positivamente. En primer lugar, el paisaje de La Gomera y los hermosos lugares y jardines del hotel Jardin Tecina son absolutamente increíbles - Pinterest perfecto. Dicho esto, el viaje no habría tenido el mismo efecto positivo si no fuera por Ananda - mi profesor de yoga. Este fue uno de los retiros y tratamientos más personalizados que he tenido. Aunque la semana fue intensa, salí de ella relajada y con una perspectiva diferente. Practicamos Kundalini yoga con la salida del sol a las 7:30 de la mañana en el lugar más pintoresco cerca del mar respirando el prana más puro y Yin Yoga con la puesta del sol alrededor de las 5:30 en el entorno más hermoso. Por no hablar del masaje japonés diario que completaba las sesiones de desintoxicación y yoga.

Ananda ha sido genial en todo momento. Ha adaptado el programa a mis necesidades y a mi estado de salud. Esta fue una de las experiencias más personalizadas en las que Ananda dedicó mucho tiempo. Su masaje energético también hizo milagros.

Después de una semana puedo decir que me siento con más energía, inspirada y con un estado de ánimo positivo. Esto no tiene precio.

Recomiendo encarecidamente este retiro de yoga a cualquiera que busque un tratamiento completo y relajación.

La Gomera es una isla hermosa y única - encuentras mucha naturaleza con hermosas montañas y playas idílicas y lugares en el mar, y mucha de la gente que conoces es de corazón cálido e inspirador. Me encantó este lugar: muy auténtico y tranquilo con una energía maravillosa.

El retiro con Ananda y Volker es como un pequeño oasis de paz y calma. Disfruté del tiempo con ellos y de hablar y reír con ellos. Estoy agradecida por su buena energía y sus experiencias que compartieron conmigo.

La comida de Ananda es deliciosa - comidas indias, tailandesas o gomeras muy auténticas hechas con amor y cuidado.

Las clases de yoga y las sesiones de meditación con Volker son muy tranquilas y útiles. Una buena mezcla de desafío y relajación, pero siempre con calma y un encantador sentido del humor.

  "Muchas gracias de nuevo por el precioso tiempo que hemos pasado juntos en esta increíble isla de La Gomera. Mi experiencia fue totalmente diferente a lo que esperaba, fue mucho mejor. Como fui la única en el programa para esta semana en particular, recibí un trato especial. El apartamento en el que me alojé era bonito y limpio y estaba cerca de la casa de Ananda, donde tenían lugar las sesiones de yoga. Éramos un grupo pequeño y, por tanto, las clases eran muy individuales y se ajustaban a nuestras necesidades y habilidades. La comida era vegetariana muy fresca, sana y sabrosa, cocinada en casa por Ananda y servida con muchas explicaciones y amor. En general, tuve una gran experiencia y puedo recomendar encarecidamente el trato individualizado de Ananda. Estoy planeando volver a La Gomera, ya que me quedé maravillada con la belleza de esta isla."

  "Como practicante de yoga experimentado, pero novato en el ayuno, no estaba seguro de qué esperar de este retiro. Todo lo que puedo decir es que lo volvería a hacer sin duda alguna, ¡sin hacer preguntas! Ananda es una presencia muy tranquilizadora. Se toma su tiempo, explica las cosas con cuidado y hace un seguimiento con PDFs para que los leas/conserves. Las clases de yoga se adaptaron constantemente a mis necesidades y niveles de energía, lo que fue una bendición. En cuanto a los tratamientos de masaje, no me he sentido tan bien desde hace mucho tiempo :), el entorno, La Gomera es una delicia y volvería.

"Realmente fue un placer estar con ustedes también, y me traigo su agradable acogida, sentido por la gente junto con el brillo del sol de La Gomera. La Gomera, que es un verdadero tesoro de su tipo.

Venir a un retiro de desintoxicación en La Gomera te deja con energía. Las tensiones acumuladas en el cuerpo se eliminan, y la combinación de ayuno, masaje, ejercicios al amanecer y al atardecer, y yoga te dejan regenerado. Los efectos de la edad se borran y en conjunto empiezas a sentir de nuevo las sensaciones de tu juventud. Sobre el ayuno, diría que fue muy bien gestionado y equilibrado. La combinación del masaje y el sol facilita el proceso. Por supuesto, la toma de sal no fue un momento muy agradable, pero la limpieza fue bien, en 2 horas. El ayuno fue a veces una sensación agradable, especialmente por la mañana y durante el día. Las noches fueron en general más difíciles. El proceso de beber zumos me pareció muy agradable y equilibrado. Además, su sabor es realmente agradable. Al final, te sientes muy positivo y con ganas de hacer proyecciones positivas.

Disfruté del ejercicio de tomar la puesta y la salida del sol, realizado en lugares tan inspiradores. Recomendaría mantener esto. Junto con la caminata, es una muy buena combinación. Muchas gracias por vuestra agradable acogida, espíritu humano y filosofía positiva. Esto es tan importante como el propio curso. Un gran abrazo".
